I'm copying MMXIV's method of picking a winner since it seems like everyone agrees it was a fair drawing. The only difference is that we will be replacing their string with our own from cnn.com
1) Go to http://www.random.org/integers/
2) Switch to Advanced Mode
3) Configure to look like this:

4) The randomization string will be the current headline of cnn.com, which is Chief: Brown wasn't stopped due to robbery
These steps can be verified independently to produce the same result
