Just for information, I just successfully received and send litecoins to TREZOR using current Electrum-ltc and this pull request: https://github.com/pooler/electrum-ltc/pull/13

It's trivial change, so hopefully they accept it pretty soon. The good thing is that you can use the same seed as for BTC/myTREZOR, no special setup is required...
