Yes, already started for days.The total supply will be less than 5.7 million , should be about 4 million because of the POS blocks.

yes I talked to dev and they know this and will be giving away some of their premine to the community as it was more than 3% (about 4.5%). But if the devs can deliver things on time I'm okay with the increased premine. Those could be used to hire a PR team etc...
