I will take care of #5 if that is ok. If we can come up with some ideas or ways to raise funds I will start to work on it.

Fundraising for development: Web hosting & seed node servers costs are around $38/month. We will need continued funding for this. I have paid for the next couple of months but we will need to raise funds for this or vote on another solution.
