Hi, I would like to send in some work, but I would like to know several things:

1. Is this project still active?
2. How long can I expect it to take (8 characters including the 1 in the beginning)
3. What if my work is not solved. Do I get the money back?
4. I presume that if my lavishness is the highest, then my work would be first to be solved/worked on?
