Please. You cannot call the hack issue at BTER a "failed launch". It will launch in a couple of days and everyone will forget about this soon after.

The price only peaked once at 2500 and then dropped because people thought BTER may not be able to honor their agreement with the Crypti devs or provide them with the escrowed funds. When it was obvious that this will not be the case, the price started climbing up again.
