Its sad you can't see a real dump vs a manipulation to drive the price down. Don't just look at the sell orders, look at the total BTC in those orders. You can buy out the entire sell book for roughly 1btc.
Bittrex only shows a certain amount of orders in the order book. So there's more sell orders than the roughly 1 BTC that's shown now
