As far as I know the BM1382 isn't available to 3rd party developers. It would also have to be underclocked/undervoltage to work on a stick. Probably 12 GH/s.

If BM1382's are available for 3rd party development, I'd be interested to know that.

Even if they are, the real problem is the rest of the BOM cost...
