The day TradeHill closed (7+ weeks ago) I requested to be cashed out (as per Jered's directions).
I'd been very patient and tried not be a pest, so waited a few weeks before contacting him again.
Lately, I've been emailing Jered 2 to 3 times per week asking for news/update. Nearly all my email have gone without replies.
I did receive a couple email replies from Jered, in summing up; he's been overloaded but would get me paid.
I received my initial bitcoin balance, but have not received my USD payment. I offered to accept either USD, or, my actual preference was to be paid out in bitcoins (valued at current market rate).
Last contact/email I received from him was 2+ weeks ago.
I see his last post on this forum was 1+ week ago.
Continued silence is hard to take. Please either email me honest news about your situation, or post here.
Or, pay me.

You could always pull a TradeHill and sue them
