If this was the case then the project would have been dead from the start. You are falling victim to the trap laid by the whales and traders. Look at number of bids -- the coin is not "dead". The fundamentals haven't changed and no other coin has better tech that not a pita due to issues (cryptonote). I recommend that you stop looking at the market and come back in a month.
