Yeah, although I do think that there are still some areas where they need to improve, I've never had any problems with them, when I had the same problem not knowing how to cashout, I filled the form and was contacted upon minutes .

I was also able to get the original bonus of 0.01, made it all the way to .053 and cashed out without any problems. I'll definitively be coming back here.
