Because Counterparty was relatively a huge success and people are wont to get in on a "Counterparty 2.0."

Its pretty dumb to blame the user. If a group of people put out a product that they want the public to use then it should work as offered, and if it doesn't then its a good warning to others to stay away, which how things currently stand.

I would not recommend people use dogeparty until this issue is resolved.
