If the official "Terms" by Ethereum states "NO obligation to even Complete the SOFTWARE" why would anyone think Ethereum would ever complete it?
This clause is not just a Legal print on standard contracts, it is in the terms for the 1 reason, Ethereum has no intention of completing the software.

they can buy at the end of genesis sale (over a year of time, or so) with all the BTC they raised.
