LoL I'm on that site right now trying to work out if they are legit or not.
The owner has been around in darkcointalk.org for a few weeks. He started with weselldoges.com and I believe it has always worked great. People in doge reddit praise it a lot. He also has wesellredd.com. He launched weselldark.com yesterday and I did a small purchase to test it. It works as advertised as far as I know. Their markup is high (around 15% I believe), but accepting Paypal is dangerous as hell. I'm not affiliated in any way, just stating what I know.
i heard from some people that they had problem getting confirmed,

I don't know about that. I was already confirmed because I had bought a small amount of doge from them before when I was thinking about setting up something similar for Darkcoin... I decided it was too risky to rely that much on Paypal... they are braver than me
