No scam, (if I understood it right) only some problems in the anonymous function.

no, no problem in the anon function, there is a problem of being not trustless.

Can't the trustless just be added on top of the anon feature?

Sure!  That is what the devs (and we) want!  The outcome of the audit is a perfect base for a new software revision. Transparency is key here.  Wink
