That's true. They charge you some. I would also buy btc with fiat and then get it to an exchange to buy other coins.

That is why I think there should be a site that doesn't sell you them overpriced.

I don't get the decentralized things, can somebody explain to me what that means?

decentralized is no one is in charge ( no 1 person that controls it all )

or

the parts that host or ( make up ) the given programming ( program ) or place

are not centrelized in set locations ( ia multiple NON set locations that can switch all the time )

in case of centralization ( it would be easy for the police to raid a place and take the server down )

in case of decentrilization ( there is no centrelized spot to raid ) so the police and the goverment are fucked Wink
