Once someone has a balance of .005 unconfirmed it will transfer to confirmed and then will be the buy will executed shortly afterwards. Unconfirmed means it is still on Wafflepool confirmed means it is in the mulitpool wallet. Historical has a multipool set up for me and this is what the mins are for me so I am assuming it would be the same here. The more hash you have as a group the faster the payments will be.
