At first if you do your research instead of asking stupid questions. I posted a thread for partners to get my poker site off the ground some months back to maybe where I can get my teeth fixed, pay for my moms diabetic retinapathy treatments etc. Then when he got my site loan blocked saying I was a scammer again libel things he cannot prove yet still sais them and this forum allows good business's owned and operated by good people to be ruined. So when he said I was a scammer I felt defeated and asked for loan for 2 dental implants.

You said he got your site loan "blocked" implying that anyone was actually going to give you a loan in the first place. Sorry man but you had a fairly newbie account offering no collateral and you were asking for a fairly large loan and on top of that you had no real way to pay anything back.
This is an honest question. Did you honestly believe anyone would give you the loan? If you did I honestly believe you when you say you have mental problems.
