No, it doesn't. As per https://bittylicious.com/help/index.php/Accepted_forms_of_ID you need to click 'Loosen ID validation requirements' if you are uploading a bank statement as your proof of address. This enables us to accept it for bank transfer / mobile payment options, but it will be rejected for credit / debit card options.
