Large amount moved to mintpal then off to multiple addresses.
The fees are high which is interesting.
But other than that why it was moved to mintpal and then away is a matter of conjecture.


My personal theory is person moved coins from old wallet to mintpal.
Started new wallet (some people have had really high cpu load when upgrading a wallet - workaround is starting a new one)
Then returned the coins to new wallet an denomination started.
Better ways of doing it.. but that's my theory
