Slowly we may see more activity on cryptsy and I also believe the dev is working on getting us added to other exchanges like mp. Regardless, there are successful coins (Shadowcoin "SDC" for example) with all of their coins on one exchange and they had no problem making very large moves. For long term price stability though yes it would be good if we eventually have the coins more spread out among the exchanges.
