Just so it doesn't appear in the wrong light here: I got the PM and we could sort it out. It was a bit unfortunate that first the website checkout hasn't worked and afterwards my mail asking for support hasn't arrived either. But in the end I have received the CS:GO key for the sale price, so I am happy now. Thanks for your support
