Its a new angle in the altcoin scene. Lesser known and new coins forming aliances. Too early to see the implications but I'm sure it will bolster shit/scam coins somehow.
I'm a little surprised XC would align themselves with other coins but then again one of the XC foundation members is behind qicoin.
