My advice is to not give this person the username of the account you are selling prior to receiving payment (or prior to payment being received by escrow, with a no refund policy) as once this information is out in the open your account is liable to get negative trusted.
It is usually best to only trade with someone via a shell account or an account you specifically made for selling your account(s)
That's generally a good idea. I wouldn't talk to anyone about it as I wouldn't want to buy an account and then have it get hammered but at the same time it's probably better if you keep your account safe by heeding this advice.
That said, if you have an eligible account you can just give me a rough detail of your stats and tell me what's the best price you can do and we can go from there.
I'm ok with escrow and if you're honest about your stats then I'll just take your word for it until we make the deal.
