BTC PPC and maybe LTC inmho are not pump and dumps.
LTC going from $2 to $48 and then back to $3.6. Same with PPC from $0.70 to $8 and back to $0.70? Every single coin has a pump and dump phase in this market. Every single one.
yes but PPC is still up 5 x from last year so its not really dumped
