Looks like most of these top 250 addresses have been accumulating and not selling. Where did you get this?
Even better you need to remember that to setup masternodes you need to divide the coins in chunks of 1000 DRK so if you see them moving in precisely that amount it probably means they are setting a masternode. It will also affect the list as large holders with masternodes will have their balance split into many wallets. This is what is great about DRK there is something useful to do with the coins besides just waiting for future appreciation, you can contribute to the network and get rewarded for it.
