I would not say it is a copy,  i belive that coins can help each other develop ,maybe some things looks familiar but i think it is not a problem to take good things and make them better!

 When will you upload source code?
It is under development but we are not hurrying as you could read that this will be only fully developed if people are interested in this ( collect like 4-5 BTC)
