Fan them out and sell a few each day. Don't make any big walls. Keep them under 0.09ish btc each. And don't eat any buy walls. Let those grow. After a while people get desperate and start going for the sell walls. Of course, this only works if we all work together. Also, you don't have to have all your coins on the orderbook at the same time.
