I remember reading PD3 would be instant cash outs. How come this isn't the case when I withdraw?
Huh? I thought the instant withdrawal feature has already been implemented in PD3, according to the following two feedback...
The PD3 auto-withdrawals with instant txID's are a great new feature. 
Anyway, my experience:
My 40 BTC deposit was credited after a single confirmation, and my 43.125 BTC withdrawal hit the blockchain instantly when I requested it, while my deposit still only had 2 confirmations. That's quite impressive.

I withdrew around 1 hour ish ago and it still has not arrived in my wallet , so definitely not instant with me.
