Is Boolberry a competitor to Monero or a possible partner coin (like Litecoin is to Bitcoin)? Either way I constantly hear about Monero's bugs and I can't understand why people wouldn't choose Boolberry if it is already implementing a GUI wallet 
It's because most of the Monero bugs are actually lies spread by the Bytecoin and Boolberry communities.
