This price is being bumped and it's not because PND is gaining popularity. Look at the buy orders. There is basically a free fall to bottom if someone from the holders sell.
Don't worry, this is a frequent event. It's like digging a big hole, then pouring the water in rather than adding water every time you dig up more dirt.
Though, I have to say that this is one of the biggest dug holes I've seen yet.

Nah, after today, no one will want to sell for lower than 400 xD Just pop some buy orders up there and slowly move them up!!!
