Thank you SITOUT.  The WPN shared tournament integration has caused about 90% of the problems and takes up about 90% of our company wide customer support.  We discussed the idea of disallowing shred tournaments with the WPN, however all parties including some customers we discussed the idea with were adamantly against it despite the issues.  We will make sure your situation is taken care of via email and I am being informed that customer support has emailed you.  

We are working very hard with the WPN to fix these issues and will certainly keep you posted.  We have not ruled out disallowing shared access until these issues are solved because these problems cause us more issues and bad comments when the fix is out of our control and in the WPN hands.  We really appreciate you playing with us.
