- those who registered at or after July 30
- those who did not reach Jr. Member status (however you can register after you reach that status)
- those who used multiple accounts and/or have cheated before. We have special system to dedect those accounts and deny them automatically. If you get rejected please PM us for a solution.
- those who do not have a good conduct in the thread (e.g. attack people, fud etc).
