Well when you are looking at the markets caps you should be looking at all coins at the moment. There is no real uptrend except BitSharesX which was pumped for no reason.or just some guys in panic again
Small negative % shouldn't worry you. It's either someone trying to buy in lower or bots playing around.
I think the Bitshares price bump has something to do with them nearly having their decentralized exchange ready to roll out. Good project check it out if you have the time.
