If you want to depend solely on luck, then go buy lottery tickets or gamble. You have a much higher chance of getting something by gambling rather than waiting for 5 btc to fall in your lap, as this requires luck AND stupidity from the lender.

Personally, I'd never loan anything to you just based on your reasoning abilities.
