there is 18,052,290.3994707 sell order at poloniex @ 0.00000001 and no buy orders, let's just face it, the coin is dead.
The original dev of this coin made his money and split just like hundreds of other dead coins, more than likely he's the dev on some other coin and after making more money he's gonna abandon it as well

I'd agree the dev has split but if you check the block chain I don't see any of the pre-mine sold. Maybe I'm wrong though.
