NOOB MANAGEMENT
I think it would be good idea if the devs came on during rallies and dumps to caution/re-assure the noobs to not be too enthusiastic, not be too pessimistic and to remind them that 99% of what they read here during big price movements will be whales manipulating their minds. They especially need to be aware that new accounts screaming about "da moon" or "sell! sell! sell!" are just sock puppets.
They need to know that if there is a huge rally the FUDsters will be out in force to crash the price so that they can get cheap coins.
They need to be aware of the "buy on the rumor sells on the news" wierdness in crypto and that they'd be better off selling at the peak August 30th, buying back way more Panda after the crash and then settling back to watch the value solidly rise for months if all if the dev promises are true.
Keeping them in the loop will help us avoid creating legions of angry bagholders who brought too high during a manipulated pump who then get on here spreading noxious FUD because they're broke.
Most part of noob management revolves around the community itself. While having devs involved is great, it is ultimately our responsibilities as a community to educate new people. Trying to avoid angry bagholders is impossible. We can, however, minimize the damage done by them through education. Let them understand that being a bag holder is not always a bad thing.
