c'mon guys.. one step at a time.. devs can't be doing everything at once.. we are lucky they are still here and haven't run away.. look at P&D coins.. it took bitcoin 3+ years to get where it was.
card is great IMHO.. it will help in the mass adoption.. for starters anyway - for people who are too lazy to learn the technical side of digital currency

I have stated this over and over. It is great we are in crypto and we understand some of the risks and technological advancement of such tech. To to Joe/jane public, this crypto-coin thing is nonsense !!
For a product to gain mass adoption, it must be easy and practical. Now please explain to me how BTC by itself is practical for me to pay for gas, buy a cup of coffee etc. I am sure others have documented such feat. QR code paper wallets, phone app, BTC Atm, lots of waiting for transaction to process, with limited places that actually accept BTC, pretty cool if you are a tech savy.
Having my coins sitting in some computer wallet while i am traveling, roaming the city or on vacation serves zero purpose to me.
BTC grew because it is starting to become practical, people are actually using it, buying goods, it is becoming easier to purchase as well. Still has way to go. For now using a debit card is a good start.
