As you know I have purchased 20 x SP30 devices with hosting expecting 6TH each for a total of 120TH while incurring on going hosting expenses for 20 devices ($24,000 every 3 months). So what this means my initial calculation is that I will make about USD 135,000 - hosting for 3 months for 20 devices ($24,000) = $111,000 return in 3 months.

Now because of your mistake I have to get 25 x SP30 with hosting each at the lower 4.5TH for a total of 112.50TH. And this calculation comes to USD 126,000 - hosting for 25 devices for 3 months ($30,000) = $96,000 in 3 months.

So basically you have compensated for the $/GH value and that's good thanks, but what about the extra $30,000 - $24,000 = $6,000 that I lost in hosting expenses and am going to continue losing every 3 months?

If you really wanted to deliver on your promise and keep your customers happy you would also adjust the cost of hosting for those customers that were affected because it's not our fault that you didn't do your job and delivered what you promised and we shouldn't have to incur that added hosting cost of which we always have to pay more from the time it starts until the time the machines go to the bins. That's an added expense of $6000 every 3 months for me!

We are not asking for something for free here, some of us have invested everything we have into this and that's a BIG risk and we TRUSTED you and your company only to be BETRAYED the way we did.

I suggest you re-evaluate your hosting costs for us customers that were affected and reduce the cost accordingly.

I intend to have you as my sole providers and my mining machines will keep growing with you, but if I see that I'm getting screwed like this then I can't accept that, this is simply unacceptable.

Also I suggest you maintain a public record of what order you have shipped/delivered so far on your Website so that we who are waiting can at least have an idea on how long we have to wait, because when we ask you you don't have an ETA and sometimes we don't even get a response to our emails. If you do this then the amount of emails that will be sent to you will reduce by a lot so it's a good idea to implement this.

Let us know what you are going to do about the hosting expense that we incurred because of your short coming as mentioned above.
