Ok so let me just clear it up so there's no confusion. I am requesting for a loan to be used as down payment for a new laptop. The Btc that I would get, if approved, would then be transferred to PayPal so I could use it as down payment for the new laptop I'm trying to get.
Why not request a $25 PayPal Loan then?What happens if/when the payment is chargedback? Selling btc for Paypal isn't a bright idea. Red flags definitely showing now, was giving you a chance to get a loan from me. Not to sure about this now.
