This is the same coin. Same website (updated), wallet code (updated), dev (adding more), fun (more). One big difference, people making a difference.
fluttercoin.usFluttercoin was started by a guy called TheKidCoin. He kinda screwed things up. He was very abusive to other members on Bitcointalk. And he was a one-man band who couldn't cope witth the pressure and wouldn't let anyone else help. It was all very disorganised. Since then, there has been a community take over of the coin. There are some good people behind it now. They just need to work out what to do next.
