if it was a scam dev would have done a runner with the IPO. atleast our coin is above ipo dev has resolved issues he can code. he doesn't have to release it early, it would be much easier for him to release on the first date set rather than now if it had bugs. can't wait time is going so slow. also have you noticed the buys how they slowly building up i think the pumpers who were pumping HAL dumped that to pump usecoin like they did cloak and key. if they are expect strong movement it does look like they are collecting boat loads now
