Very wise words as well! Generally I have to agree with you, but that's not so black & white. Companies don't fire the problem solver, productive, geek, intelligent guy even he pisses off everyone in the office, the productive one is there because we put up with his rudeness and directness. We are practical and interested in results. He, the rude productive delivers while the nice guys don't. Barrabas is the same, most of the time he is rude but who cares, what he says make sense, he points out the problems and suggests solutions.
