A modified block explorer costs 0.20, this includes hosting and small code modifications to display non-standard features.
is that so hard to understand or why do you have to talk about these ixcoins? either you have the 0.1/0.2 BTC at hand or you don't. IXCoin can't go on with such slave-driving attempts. If you want service then pay for it for fuck's sake. Gosh...
