Does anyone keep track of these DEV? If so is there a website? One should be created on keeping track on them, coins and patters. If there is not one, Im going to start it and will post here updates on the bitcoin forum. I hope exchanges will like to join as well as they also are responsible on keeping track on these DEV, should help keep these people away and help us not to lose our money. Exchanges like there VOL but they need to keep track on the DEV.
