You guys are fools. Ok here is what I think about this
1. If you guys invest in altcoins for Pump and Dump  or getting scammed then this is not the coin for you.
2. If you guys understand a coin and its true value, only then you will realize the value of this coin.
I don't see why raising funds is a bad move. Coins like Greenbacks, and CLSTR raised more than 100 BTC and all of them had new devs. Just this Morning DEV of USE coin dumped his premine, and had an IPO without showing a development.
And here you have legit students, who have real identities, and people are backing out. Its funny the way altcoin world works.
I feel if the dev can show development before the ICO ends then they show they are serious and worth investing in.
