Regarding the block explorer, the best and easiest way would be to try to get OEC added to Minergate. They'll provide block explorer and it would also increase visibility and hash rate, since they are currently probably the best cryptonote pool IMHO.
And how do we go about doing that?
Well I guess the first step could be that the dev(s) contact them?

the wallet is has a problem,when I open it today,there is a tips "Use a passphrase for your wallet in order to keep it safe",I have already do that a few days ago. So,after I do as it says,I can't see my coins and the address.
If you use GUI wallet, from some reason you cannot use existing one, wallet create new one for you, and ask password for NEW wallet, created in wallet data dir.
If you copy old wallet to same dir, wallet again dont open that data. So in this phase: it looks like it is not possible to use GUI wallet with old wallet .
Maybe it will be fixed soon?
