I have quoted OP's explanation already just 4 posts above your post.
But since you didn't read it, let me try this again...
Payments will be sent out today: Unfortunately, we are closing the campaign afterwards. The signature campaign simply didn't bring enough traffic, we received only 57 new uniques, with an average time spent on the site at just a minute and a half. For $120+ a week, its just not worth the cost. We will be considering other options for future advertising.
