Creative Mining was created with the intent to give investors the opportunity to participate in Bitcoin mining,
 without purchasing and maintaining their own hardware.


ABOUT ME

I gathered interest and started mining Bitcoin in early 2013. It has been an awesome experience so far but recently, it has become much more than that for me. As for growth, I see great potential. I want to expand Creative Mining largely and will be doing so, obviously, in accordance with the terms of this project.

MINING

Creative Mining is a Bitcoin mining project, located in Bochum, Germany. Our miners are kept at a very secured location underground, with access to free electricity grid, up to a maximum of 100kW. These advantages will make Creative Mining competitive with any other mining assets on the market. The company will offer 10,000 non-dilutable shares of a Creative Mining.


DIVIDENDS

Dividends will automatically appear in shareholders Bitcoin wallets every Friday. Dividends will consist of 65% of Creative Mining net revenue for the week. Net revenue is defined as the total of all Bitcoins mined minus maintenance costs.
The percentage of the net revenue paid in dividends can change if shareholders vote to change it. Such action will only occur if the state of the Bitcoin mining space demands it.


REINVESTMENT

Every week, Creative Mining will reserve a percentage of mined Bitcoins equal to 35% of net revenue. These investments will allow Creative Mining to deploy additional hardware. Time of deployment for this additional hardware will be in the best interest of shareholders.
