I'll be surprised if 1dice1 gets refunded.

According the the notice posted on everydice, 1dice1 has already got his withdrawal.

I think douglus also invested on EveryDice, he can confirm that did he received his Bitcoin back or not.
If he confirm then we can surely believe that EveryDice did return the bitcoin to investor and players.

dooglus was still running JD back to then, why would he invest in any other dice site?
